Through the millions of pages on trauma and stress related topics on the internet, most of them tell you WHAT it is and very little the HOW TO.
Here we concentrate on the HOW TO. The point is you know the WHAT! You allreaddy know you feel agitated, stressed, irritated, and depressed, don’t sleep enough, eat, drink and/or smoke too much. HOW TO deal with it – that is why you are here.
I also was one of those who searched across the web in search for HELP! I didn’t had the finances to go see a professional therapist on an ongoing basis, though I took the step and went to see my doctor. He confirmed what I already knew – stress and depression.
The KNOW is one thing, but the WHAT NOW is another.
You can swollow as many anti depressants as you like but if you, yourself, doesn’t put in some effort to make it better for yourself and equip yourself with some skills, to handle situations and “resetting” your mind, you will keep on swollowing more and more pills with no or little success.
That is why on this site we will focus on the HOW TO and not only on the WHAT of Stress and Trauma.
